How to submit your proposal

To discuss your business proposal, in confidence, please contact the TVIN Manager, Leo Dunne, on 01865 261 488, or email the Network manager. Please ensure that you read and comply with the statement on the Financial Services and Markets Act (2000), otherwise your proposal cannot be accepted.

How we process and support your proposal

If we believe your business proposal meets the needs of our investor membership and complies with the criteria above, we will discuss the opportunity with you in detail. After further discussions, you may be invited to present to our investors at one of TVIN’s Investment Meetings.

Pre-presentation Dry-Run Panel

Prior to Investment Meetings, companies present their business proposal to a TVIN Investment Readiness panel, which will typically include 1-2 TVIN investors, specialist sector professionals from amongst TVIN’s sponsors and the Network Manager.

Each panel possesses significant commercial credentials and experience of working with early stage businesses and can pass this on to companies pitching for investment, in many cases for the very first time. The advice and guidance provided is invaluable in helping companies to refine their presentation so that it meets the expectations of an investor audience.

TVIN Dry Run Panel sessions have become well known and respected amongst the early stage business community for the value of the advice they provide.

Investment Meetings

Companies present their business proposals to investors at TVIN’s monthly Investment Meetings. Investment Meetings include networking opportunities, enabling the parties to meet on an informal basis. Meeting Agendas are distributed to all investors prior to the meetings and provide an overview of the companies presenting that evening.

Post-Meeting Follow-Up

After the Investment Meetings, a summary guide of the companies is sent to all investors, with an option to request more information. The TVIN Investment Network Manager also follows up with all attendees to assess interest in the presenting companies. All feed-back is given to the presenting companies and TVIN will then facilitate follow-up meetings with the companies and interested investors when requested.

The TVIN Network Manager will follow-up any resulting leads and ongoing negotiations on a regular basis with both investors and companies to the conclusion of a deal.

Website Details

Following the Investment Meetings, company details are posted in anonymous format on the Current Opportunities page of the TVIN website to encourage further investor interest.
